Ulnar

At the distal end of the ulna the small styloid process is palpable. Just distal to it the triquetra I bone becomes prominent when the subject moves the hand in radial deviation. When the palpating finger is moved even more distally and the hand is brought back to the neutral position the base of the fifth metacarpal bone is encountered.
